This is really a neat find. Located in Bluemont, in
Clarke County, Va. and near the Shenandoah River is this great little cabin
on 7 unrestricted acres.

measures 20x16, has T-111 wood stained exterior siding, and beautiful pine
boards covering interior walls. The cabin was updated in the mid
1990's, opening more headroom inside resulting in a vaulted ceiling with
stairs leading to a sleeping loft. Kitchen cabinets/countertops were
added, with appliances (refrigerator & stove). The cabin also has a
bath complete with shower. The present owner had done away with a
holding tank that supplied water from a nearby stream, in anticipation of
drilling a well. The well permit is on file with the Clarke County
Health Dept., but the well has not been drilled. There is a septic system

back in the 1960's). The parcel is somewhat triangular shaped, and one
entire side borders a brisk stream. The land tiers down nicely to the

A power line easement does run across the front of the land. Taxes on

Directions
from Rt. 50 - 2 miles east of the Shenandoah River, turn onto Mt.
Carmel Road (Rt.606) follow about 3 miles and make a left onto Feltner Road
(Rt.606 continuing). Watch for the property about 1.5 mile on the right
(1767 Feltner Road). From
Rt.50 - Turn at the Shenandoah River onto River Road (Rt.604) and
follow for 4.4 miles. Stay right onto Feltner Road (Rt.606), follow for 1.7
miles to property on the left.
