Every lot in Ritter's Hidden Valley has unique characteristics.  Here are two adjacent lots, totaling 10.73 acres, that front on Dillons Run trout stream. These lots are accessed off Valley Drive, between the second & third (covered bridge) bridges in Ritter's.  There are turns and bends in the streambed that gives added frontage on this stocked trout waterway. Dillons Run is typically 20' wide and up to 2' deep in some areas.  Valley Road cuts through both lots, leaving approximately 150' between the road and the stream, which is slightly downhill, and a little marshy.  On the opposite side of Valley Drive, the land continues steeply uphill for more then 400'. Stay on Loudoun, left onto Old Mill Road, 1/2 mile to right over the bridge (2nd bridge you come to) on Valley Dr.  Follow Valley for about 1/2 mile to the two lots on the left and right. (There is a George Glaize sign nailed to a tree on the stream side). There is no driveway cut into either lot, but there is room to pull off the side of the road.
