There is real potential with this neat little cabin,
hidden away on 5 acres of
beautiful hardwoods and huge outcroppings. This private setting is

There are approximately 20 miles of roads in Ritter's
Hidden Valley. ATV's are allowed, and you can hunt within the
subdivision also (join the Conservation Club!) There is also a state
recognized trout stream (Dillons Run) running through the subdivision.
Annual road and park maintenance dues are approximately $300. There is
no Homeowner's Association. Ritter's has approximately 130 homes on 1600
acres, and less than half are full-timers. This "cottage in the woods"
is priced right, at $114,900.

your left. (Somewhat hidden, but there is a culvert there).
