The plat above is showing 2 parcels that have become available. These lots have been subdivided off a larger parent tract, in Hampshire County, WV.  The land is in close proximity to the Va. state line, when heading from Capon Bridge WV, towards Winchester, Va.  Parcel A is at the top right of the plat.  This lot begins at the hard surface state road called Glenco School Road.  Parcel A is 4.849 acres.  Parcel B is the lower left end, containing 13.921 acres.  Both lots are accessed by a deed right-of-way that borders Parcel A. A power line easement cuts through Parcel A, and borders Parcel B for the entire length.  This swarth opens up some views, and creates a nice nature path for the turkey and deer.  There are no restrictions on the land; hunting would certainly be allowed. This land is very private.  There is not a residence in sight, even though you are not isolated.  The land is nicely wooded with tall hardwoods. Septic approval has been granted on both lots, and there are several potential building sites.  To appreciate what this land has to offer, you really need to walk the boundaries.  A recent survey is evident, and the lines are flagged.  Please ask for a plat. I would be more than happy to meet you at the property to point out the corners. Taxes are not yet established, but should run under $300 for either lot.  Each lot is priced to sell; Parcel A, 4.849 acres, is $49,900.  Parcel B, 13.921 acres, is $99,900.  The access roads to the property are all hard surfaced, and state maintained.

Directions to the property:  From Winchester, Virginia, drive Rt.50W towards Capon Bridge, WV 26711 (and Romney WV), for 14 miles to the state line.  Cross into WV.  The next major left (less than 1 mile) is going to be Frog Eye-Sirbaugh Road.  Take that left, drive approximately 2+ miles, until the road dead-ends.  Make a right onto Falls Road, and then almost immediately left onto Glenco School Road.  Drive 1/2 mile to the entrance driveway on your left.  There is a small strip of land to the left of the driveway (right-of-way) that is part of Parcel A. Follow across the power line.  Parcel B begins on the right after the power line. Parcel A is still on your left. Follow to the gate at the end of the driveway access road. Parcel A ends on your left, at the gate.  Parcel B runs a short distance following the fence/tree line to the right of the gate. This makes more sense when you are on the property.
