The land is well priced, at $59,900.  The MLS# is VAFV. Directions to the property:    From Winchester, VA, drive Rt.522N for approximately 15 miles.  Make a right at Chapel Hill Rd (church on the corner).  If you get to Reynolds Rd., you missed the right turn. Take Chapel Hill Road for just over a mile. Watch for Pack Horse Road on your right (Rt.692). Follow Pack Horse for approximately 2 miles.  Pack Horse branches off to the left (staying straight puts you on Shockeysville Rd).  Make that left and watch for Retreat Lane on your right, just a short distance down. There is a dirt lane that runs uphill, directly across from Retreat Lane.  That is the path you take to the land.  The land will begin on your left side, approximately 400’ up.  The land then continues from that point, just over 700’ farther.  All on your left.  Again, ask for the tax map before venturing out.  There is no physical address identified in the tax records.
