At bottom of hill, make left on Old Mill Rd.  Follow to 1st concrete bridge over stream (High Cliff Dr.) Take High Cliff to top. Make left on Ritter Dr. At next intersection, make sharp right turn to stay on Ritter (not Halderman). Stay right at next intersection also to continue on Ritter (Not Haines). The next left is York Dr. The lot borders the right side of York Dr., but stay on Ritter where the land borders on your left for quite a distance, before it jumps across Ritter for frontage on both sides.  Ask for a plat.
