This lot is also build-able, but more importantly, it allows you access through Parks Hollow Subdivision in order to reach this property in
Ritter’s. There is also access through Ritter’s, but that access road (nicknamed 4 Wheel Drive) is quite steep, and very difficult to
navigate in inclement weather. Each lot in Ritter’s Hidden Valley require separate road/park maintenance dues of approximately $250

Directions to the property: From Capon Bridge, WV, drive 2 miles on Rt.50W (towards Romney). Coming down the other side of the
first mountain, make a left onto Dillons Run Rd. Drive approximately 2 miles and watch for the entrance into Parks Hollow on your left.
You will enter on White Pine Lane. Keep on White Pine for about a mile, make a left onto Laurel Dale Ct. The land actually begins at
the 2nd red gate on Laurel Dale. The gate may be locked if the owner is not home. Drive through this 2nd gate, under the power lines,
